1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting UP 55 Fast Food Cafe & Dhaba, placing orders (in-person, phone, or WhatsApp), or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all customers and visitors of our establishment.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Ordering & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes
We accept cash, UPI payments, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets
Payment must be completed before order processing begins
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations
Special offers and discounts cannot be combined
For bulk orders (above ₹2000), advance payment may be required

3. Services & Delivery

Dine-in Service: Available during business hours (8:00 AM - 11:00 PM)
Takeaway: Available for all orders - must be collected within 30 minutes of preparation
Home Delivery: Available only for bulk orders (minimum ₹2000) within 5km radius from our outlet
Regular home delivery is not provided for small orders
Delivery timing for bulk orders: 45-60 minutes (subject to order size and distance)
We reserve the right to refuse service in certain situations

4. Bulk Orders Policy

For orders above ₹2000, the following terms apply:

Regular Bulk Orders	₹2000	30%	2-3 hours

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Regular orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement
Bulk orders can be cancelled 2 hours before preparation time with 90% refund
No cancellation after food preparation has started
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
Quality complaints must be reported within 30 minutes of receiving order
Refund method will be same as payment method used

6. Food Quality & Safety

We maintain highest standards of hygiene following FSSAI guidelines
All ingredients are fresh and sourced from trusted local suppliers
Kitchen staff follows strict hygiene and safety protocols
Special dietary requests must be specified at the time of ordering
We are not liable for food allergies unless specifically informed
Food is prepared in a clean, hygienic environment

Minimum investment required as per franchise agreement

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Place fake or fraudulent orders
Misuse our services or facilities
Harass our staff or other customers
Share false or misleading reviews
Cause disturbance to other customers
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Consume outside food or alcohol on premises

🚫 Important Notice

Consumption of alcohol or outside food is strictly prohibited on our premises. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. We reserve the right to ask customers to leave if they violate these rules or behave inappropriately.

9. Liability Limitation

UP 55 Fast Food Cafe & Dhaba shall not be liable for:

Delay in delivery due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
Quality issues arising from customer's storage or handling after delivery
Allergic reactions unless specifically informed about allergies
Loss or damage to personal belongings on premises
Acts of God or force majeure events

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Siddharth Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notice board. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
